How to shop with us
To make a purchase on www.greatcoffee.dk you through 5 steps.
1. Find the item you want and put them in the shopping cart, then go to the checkout.
2. Enter your personal information and create a user account 3. Vælg betalingsmåde

4. Choose Payment method and make a safe payment with Epay.
5. Click return to great coffee, to get your order confirmation (will also be sent through email)
At www.greatcoffee.dk you can order products through our website. If you have requests for items not on the page, feel free to contact us. We also sell items in our physical store, located at this address: Klostergade 32 H, st. (Courtyard) 8000 Aarhus C
All prices are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are current prices.
When you trade with www.greatcoffee.dk agreements are entered in Danish and English It is not possible to view previous orders when logging on the website. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prices are subject to availability of goods, price changes and errors.
All of our coffee is roasted to order, and we try to avoid carrying items in stock that will be aging. We currently roast on Mondays and Tuesdays, and ship orders on Wednesdays.

There are no charges for payment of www.greatcoffee.dk
The amount is first raised on your card when goods are shipped from www.greatcoffee.dk There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved.
To get your goods delivered, you pay shipping. The freight depends on package weight and size.

Delivery is handled by Post Danmark. We deliver to Denmark and most of the world. Delivery time is 1-3 days in Denmark. Delivery abroad can take from 4 to 27 days.
You have 14 days to cancel when you shop at www.greatcoffee.dk. The right of withdrawal begins the day you received the goods.
The right of withdrawal can only be exploited if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal lapses Therefore, if you use the product in a way that obviously significantly reduce the sales value.

You can also cancel the order by refusing to accept it or drop it off personally at the above address.
If you regret your purchase, you of course get the amount you have paid us back. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or on your bank account when we receive the returned item and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal.
The only expense you have when you undo a purchase, is the postage to send the item back to us.
What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
When you shop at www.greatcoffee.dk you have the 24 month warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
How soon should I advertise?
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We reimburse reasonable freight costs
If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs to send the product back to us.

We need the following information when you send the item to us
When you return the product be sure to enclose the order confirmation or invoice and a detailed error description.
Note We do not accept packages sent by fax. after the claim or the like.
Remember that the product must always be returned in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
